Sensory Writing: Taste/Smell

As i sit here with my eyes closed focusing on my smell sense. I take a short sniff of the deformed air, I could smell the rich buttery smell of the deluge pile of popcorn. I try to save the smell inside my thoughts. The smell of the popcorn reminds me of the special fragrance you smell inside a movie theater. The smell so addicting its begging me to open my hand and reach for itself. I open my eyes as the hooking smell of the popcorn crowds the air. I reach for with a steady but swift pace. I study it with my palm like a blind man would, then i set it on my tung and taste its butter immediately. the buttery taste only complemented its salty core. After a couple of seconds the popcorn became mushy and damp. This made the delicious corn become unsatisfying. I could now taste the damp corn with my saliva crowding the majority. The taste so bad i swallowed it whole without chewing. After that i decided to try a different part of the popcorn...the kernel. I stuck it in my mouth and tasted the butter. After two seconds of this my mouth tastes a unpleasing stale taste. I NOW KNOW THE EVIL TO POPCORN.
